The "Lineair Building" is part of the urban plan "Maasboulevard" by Jo Coenen. The building is surrounded by a natural inner harbour on the Western side. On the East side it is bordered by the "Maasstraat", a new shopping street in the centre of Venlo. The apartments are oriented on both the inner harbour as well as the shopping street and accessed by an inner street. The ground floor level and part of the souterain consist of commercial space. A parking garage is situated beneath the commercial space.
