The interior of Hurks Vastgoedontwikkeling is designed as a flexible office. The heart of the office is the central meeting point on the ground floor with surrounded by conference rooms and concentration workspace. These workspaces are designed as transparent boxes which are visible from the core of the meeting point. The company’s restaurant on the first floor functions as an extension of the meeting facilities on the ground floor, visually connected to each other by a void in the first floor and a gentle staircase.
