Inner city shopping area with parent housing, Maastricht
Entre Deux is designed on top of the parking garage of the similarly named building of Van den Broek en Bakema, originating from 1972. The design consists of a roofed shopping street between the "Spilstraat", a new square in front of the "Dominikanerkerk", a new facade with apartments at the "Helmstraat", and a green residential square at the second floor. The residential square has a view on the oldest rampart of Maastricht.
