De Steeg 3 is an industrial building with belonging offices, designed for New Energy Systems. This company is specialised in sustainable energy systems and their implementation in buildings. In line with the company’s philosophy we designed a zero-energy building in which solar energy and geothermal energy are applied. To maximise the building’s capacity, it consists of two levels; the half deepened basement and the first floor. Both levels are accessible by a bridge followed by a gentle staircase.
